Momo Hayakawa is a Education Research and Analytics Associate for the Ready to Learn (RTL) project at Twin Cities PBS (TPT). She oversees RTL’s external evaluation conducted by WestEd and manages the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program. Her research interests lie in the intersection of early childhood education (P-3) and family engagement and identifying concrete strategies to extend learning beyond the classroom.

Momo has a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology and an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D. in Child Development from the University of Minnesota.
